 These top quality gap frame presses manufactured by I.M.V. GALLI are designed and built to stand up to the roughest use. They are highly suitable for the production of blanked, drawn and trimmed parts, using either conventional dies, or high-precision transfer dies, or automatic and robotized press lines.

These machines can be used for a large variety of operations, thanks to their easy access to the press bolster, their generous structural dimensioning, their minimum overall dimensions and their easy and practical operations. The high technology used in manufacturing the press frame - which are reinforced against the "usual" strain of these presses - the layout of the mechanisms, the very long slide ways, are such that the press can easily withstand heavy work loads. The "CT" series presses are manufactured with a meticulous attention to details and can be equipped with a large variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electronic auxiliary equipment.

  • All the presses can be built with fixed or automatically / semi-automatically adjustable stroke
  • The eccentric mechanisms differ depending on the press type and the customer's needs: one or two point press; single ratio to develop the rated power of the press at 6.5 mm from the Bottom Dead Center.
  • All the machines are made in such a way that they can be easily integrated into production systems: this means suitable sized openings which are ready either for coils or robotic feeders, for press-to-press or robotic transfer operations, etc.
  • The CT series presses can be manufactured in a tilting version with hydraulic cylinders.
  • In addition to our wide range of standard sizes, we can build special machines for different needs.
