DFL line

Proposal request
The "DFL" presses are highly suitable for the production of blanked, drawn and trimmed parts, using either conventional dies or high-precision transfer dies, as well as for hot phases, such as forming and finishing of stamped pieces.

These one-point, straight side presses feature an easy access to the press bolster, minimum overall dimensions and easy and practical operations. The high technological level used in manufacturing the press, the layout of the mechanisms and the very long slide ways allow the machine to withstand off-center loads.

These machines are designed using the most advanced software, which allows to reach the highest customization level. Innovative technological solutions, required by the different working needs, complete the machine.

A large variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic auxiliary equipment is available to build, or to complete, plants that will match every need.

Our technologies
  • Power from 1,000 to 15,000 KN
  • All the presses can be built with fixed or automatically/semi-automatically adjustable stroke.
  • The mechanisms differ depending on the press type and the customer's needs: one point press; single or double ratio to develop the rated power of the press at 6.5-13 mm or more from the Bottom Dead Center and to get a different production rhythm.
  • I.M.V. can make modular or one-piece frames, according to the dimensions of the press: in fact, we can build large size presses even with one-piece frames.
  • Le macchine possono essere dotate di tavole mobili con differenti configurazioni ed uscite.
  • All the machines are made in such a way that they can be easily integrated into production systems: this means suitable sized openings which are ready either for coils or robotic feeders, for press-to-press or robotic transfer operations, etc.
  • All the machines are equipped with different configurations of safety devices - according to the user's needs - fully matching the safety regulatory requirements.
