• Power from 2,000 to 15,000 KN
• One point press; fixed and quite long strokes.
• The frequency of the working speed, the power, the strokes value and the machine dimensions affect the most the choice of the transmission to be used.
• In order to allow the forming of very tall billets, the power available is higher than that of standard presses.
• The quite large flywheel and the low-inertia, turbo-cooled brake and clutch unit, assure a high frequency of operations and a regular continuous cycle working.
• I.M.V. can make modular or one-piece frames, according to the dimensions of the press: in fact, we can build large size presses even with one-piece frames
• All the machines are made in such a way that they can be easily integrated into production systems: this means suitable sized openings which are ready either for coils or robotic feeders, for press-to-press or robotic transfer operations, etc.
• All the machines are equipped with different configurations of safety devices - according to the user's needs - fully matching the safety regulatory requirements.
